IRIS Kick-Off, July 07-08 2006, Irkutsk
Following the ENVIROMIS-2006 conference the opening event of the European Union (EU) funded project IRIS takes place July 07-08, 2006 at the Irkutsk Science Center. Scientists from Austria, Russia and Germany are meeting for the official opening event under the lead of Dr. Dumova, the head of the Department of Regional Economic and Social Problems at the Irkutsk Science Center. Primary goal of the kick-off event is, besides the intensification of the personal contacts, the development of a common view on the project, and the agreement on the first working steps.
